1. Guests must present a reservation form together with the bank deposit slip or proof of payment upon arrival. A minimum of 50% down payment of the total unit cost is required to confirm the reservation. All payments made are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed provided notice is given at least one (1) week prior to the booking date.
2. Rates quoted are valid only for the specific accommodation, date, and time indicated on the form. Any changes to these details may result in rate adjustments.
3. Quoted rates do not include additional charges incurred during the stay, such as entrance fees, electrical charges, or other incidental expenses.
4. Management reserves the right to terminate a booking without refund or compensation in cases of unacceptable behavior that causes disturbance, nuisance, or disruption to other guests or resort operations.
5.Management shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property beyond its control. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to resort property caused by their act or negligence and agree to settle the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.
6. Full payment is required upon check-in.
