Our DB5 Rooms offer a cozy and convenient stay, perfectly located to give you easy access to the resort’s beach and garden areas. These rooms provide a comfortable, budget-friendly retreat for guests who want to be right in the heart of the fantabuloso Mahan experience.

House Rules

For everyone’s safety and comfort, please follow our resort guidelines covering pets, noise limits, swimming schedules, and designated smoking areas.

 

1. Pets are welcome; however, they are not allowed to swim.

 

2. Tents are strictly not allowed anywhere on the premises.

 

3. No loud or audible sounds are allowed after 10:00 PM (curfew).

  – Exception: On Fridays and Saturdays with a scheduled live band.

  – All speakers and musical instruments must be turned off once the band starts at 7:00 PM and may only be used again at 7:00 AM the following day.

  – Any violation may result in confiscation of equipment until 7:00 AM.

 

4. Swimming hours are as follows:

  – Monday to Thursday and Sunday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM

  – Friday and Saturday: Swimming is allowed 24 hours due to full-time lifeguard supervision

  – Minors, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities (PWDs) must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

 

5. Smoking and vaping are allowed only in designated areas.
