House Rules

For everyone’s safety and comfort, please follow our resort guidelines covering pets, noise limits, swimming schedules, and designated smoking areas.

 

1. Pets are welcome; however, they are not allowed to swim.

 

2. Tents are strictly not allowed anywhere on the premises.

 

3. No loud or audible sounds are allowed after 10:00 PM (curfew).

  – Exception: On Fridays and Saturdays with a scheduled live band.

  – All speakers and musical instruments must be turned off once the band starts at 7:00 PM and may only be used again at 7:00 AM the following day.

  – Any violation may result in confiscation of equipment until 7:00 AM.

 

4. Swimming hours are as follows:

  – Monday to Thursday and Sunday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM

  – Friday and Saturday: Swimming is allowed 24 hours due to full-time lifeguard supervision

  – Minors, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities (PWDs) must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

 

5. Smoking and vaping are allowed only in designated areas.
